DESCRIPTION

The Engine Systems Technology is a practical study providing opportunity for students to gain experience in working with different engines and engineering systems.

They will learn how to operate hand and power tools as well as equipment associated with the engine and engineering industry.

 

FOCUS

Students are able to bring their own project to the class to be negotiated with the teacher.

They will learn about engines and engineering systems through a balance of practical application and theory.

Skills developed are: diagnosis, dismantling, inspection and repair.

They may choose to work in pairs or individually.
