DESCRIPTION

This Food elective has a ‘basic and formal’ food focus building on a wide range of skills in the preparation of foods using complex techniques and equipment.

Students investigate, design, produce and evaluate a variety of food products.

 

FOCUS

Product examples: Breakfast, Lunches, food presentation, dinners, special occasion/restaurant meals including all courses of a formal meal.
