Western Region Cross Country

On Monday, June 5th, a group of students went with Ms Sauro and Ms Murfitt to participate in the Western Region Cross country in Warrnambool at the Deakin University campus.

Everyone did very well, finishing in the top third of their age group. A big congratulations to Zach Rowarth who finished 3rd in the 16 years’ age group, and  for making it into the State Cross Country competition to be held at LaTrobe University, Bundoora.

Even though it was raining and wet, and the track was full of mud, overall a great effort was made by everyone.
