Introducing our 2027 School Captains!

We are delighted to announce Sally Cox and Ruby Hall as our 2027 School Captains, alongside Zara Higgins and Sidney Washington as our Vice-School Captains.

All four students have shown great enthusiasm and commitment to Colac Secondary College through their involvement in school camps, SRC, school productions, sport, classroom learning and the wider community. They lead by example and reflect our College values of Respect, Honesty, Responsibility and Achievement.

In their speeches, Sally and Ruby spoke about the importance of celebrating achievements, both big and small, and creating a school culture where everyone feels supported, included and proud to belong. Their message reflects the value of working together, encouraging one another and recognising that success looks different for everyone.

We would also like to acknowledge every student who put themselves forward for a leadership role. With a highly competitive selection process, all applicants should be proud of having the confidence to step up and contribute to our school community.

We look forward to seeing Sally, Ruby, Zara and Sidney grow as leaders and represent our College throughout 2027.
