Students are given the opportunity to develop a number of crucial athletic qualities. Including Speed, Agility, Mobility, Endurance, Strength, Power, plus develop their understanding and the importance of nutrition, hydration, sleep, goal setting and injury prevention. The program is facilitated by the Regional Institute of Sport.

Sessions are held every Wednesday morning commencing at 7:30am in the Rec Centre. Students will also be involved in a specific strength & conditioning program, which is held on Wednesday lunchtimes at Bluewater Fitness Centre.
